云南瑞和錦程實(shí)業(yè)股份有限公司成立于1994年，2015年完成變更注冊(cè)，2018年順利完成股份制改制，整體變更為股份有限公司，注冊(cè)資本10,104.8788萬元。公司創(chuàng)始人及法定代表人均為董事長段治葵先生。

   Yunnan bright prospect industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 1994. We completed the change of registration in 2015, and successfully completed the shareholding system reform in 2018 with the registered capital of 101 million yuan.  The founder and legal representative is Mr. Duan Zhikui.
